Enduring Powers of Attorney
Working as part of the Western Canada Law Reform Agencies consortium, CCEL participated in the law reform project that led to the publication of Enduring Powers of Attorney: Areas for Reform.
The final report was released in July 2008 and can be accessed on the Alberta Law Reform Institute’s website.
