Latest Reconciliation Primers Explore Legal Pluralism

This September marks the 16 year anniversary of the adoption of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UN Declaration) by the UN General Assembly. BCLI regrets the passing on 9 September 2023 of Donovan W.M.
